My Fashion & Beauty Lookback in 2014

Hey guys can you believe its almost 2015 (i know i cant) so here we will look back at 2014 in the fashion and beauty world but its my look and what got me excited.

You guys wouldn't know this but only since August of this year i have got into beauty and the world of it too so i cant say much about the beauty world but there is a couple of things i can talk about though.




I have fallen in love with nearly all the high end make up/beauty stuff this year but i haven't brought any of it yet.The brands i love in the make up/beauty range is

Micheal Kros i love the packaging it reminds me of me its simple but classic too and i really wanna
try a few products in their line too.

Chanel who doesn't love them the packaging is sooo nice and i really want a red lip gloss from them too and i have even dream about it too

i know its two but there the ones that stick out in my mind but i also getting a bug for not quite high end but not high street beauty brands like L'Occitane and i did have the chance to go to their store in Norwich and picked up one of their hand creams (which i have been told is meant to be really good) if you know any more middle ranges let me know has im always looking out for different brands to try.

The one brand i can't wait to try is Soap and Glory has my partner got me the soap and glory hat box set which i wanted for a while he likes their lip gloss and i can now try to see if i like it too and i also got him one too for a Christmas present and other beauty brand i would love to try next year is lush has i have heard quiet a few people say good things about it too

Now that's the beauty out of the way we can now look at the fashion world.



The Fashion world is a happy place for me and for other people too but sometimes it can become sad when designers die like Oscar da la renta who was famous for his beautiful dresses and was so liked in the fashion world too and he even was mentioned in sex in the city too but on to a happier times i have loved Moschino this year with their very wacky bags and phone cases with was inspired by MC Donald's and next year its a barbie world.

There have been a few famous fashion brands which have looked into food and even Chanel had a supermarket where you could get Chanel bottle water has their cat walk and a few famous faces loved it. I loved the basket and the milk bag and i have a feeling it wouldn't be a one hit wonder in the fashion world i think it will be here forever.

The one thing which got me sooo excited was the Alexander Wang for H&M (if i had the money i would of brought all of it) but lucky my partner said he will get me something form it so i picked the beanie which i did order online but i couldn't wear it intill now has it was a Christmas present but i think if the time and money is right next year depending on who they will collab with i might do the waiting outside their store to get something but i have heard a few designer names if it is one of them i will be happy.


                         Ideas for Next Year

I have a few ideas for next year and im thinking of doing a vlogmas style blog post where i post on a Monday then on a Wednesday then on a Friday intill Christmas day and i might be going to press events and other events too and also i will be getting a camera to take pictures for my blog too and a few other ideas too but has this will be the last blog post of 2014 i would like to say a massive thankyou for all of your support. i have had a few companies who love my blog and give me great support too and who i will be reviewing them too and also too lewis-Duncan Weedon for giving me advice and support :) it means the world and i would love to meet you in the next year too

My Personal Look

Christmas/2014

This Blog Post will be about Christmas and a look back at 2014.There will be one more blog post this year about 2014 where i will look back at fashion,beauty and all that Jazz but this will be a personal look back at 2014 and it will give you chance to learn more about me too so enjoy reading (Maybe grab a hot chocolate or what ever hot drink and read this)

CHRISTMAS 

This time next week the turkey will be gone and the presents will be unwrapped and maybe your granny will drink too much sherry and start singing beyonce. Your Christmas jumper will go back in your wardrobe or in my case it will go in my Summer/Once a year box or maybe you still got more Christmas dinners to go to and more presents to come.

Christmas is the only time of year to be over the top and listen to them guilty pleasure Christmas songs (I know i do) i love Wham's and Mariah Carey's famous Christmas songs and all the other great Christmas songs too.

I am looking forward to Christmas and not just for the presents but to be with the people who i love.I can't wait to give presents out and get presents back too i know a few of my presents and some which i don't know im getting but check my Instagram out during Christmas to find out what i got.

Victoria's Sercet

I have recently became obsessed with Victoria's Secret i cant stop watching their old and new amazing fashion shows on youtube which i love and it looks so much fun and its nice to see the Angles have fun on the catwalk but the one thing i LOVE about it is they always have amazing singers on the catwalk with models whilst they sing.

The Angles are gawjuss but can we take one minute to talk about the outfits which i love.

I love how they have the fashion show in sections with a different singer singing but most years the singer has sung twice in the whole show.

They always have the big outfit in the show ie a bra worth 20 million which is made my hand and most of the outfits are handmade.

It takes a year to plan the shows that from getting to re auctions or getting new Angles to what theme they want to do.

They have the fashion show in a different country and this year its was London turn to host it which i would loved to gone to it.

Whilst they where in London they pose outside the store on new bond street which looks sooo nice and i cant wait to go in there when i go to London

Victoria's Angles are in a class of their own most of them have millions in the bank and some become household names in the Modeling/Fashion world overnight in some cases

You Guys may not know who he is but he is a celebrity ambassador for Princes Trust,Socialite and Stylist and other many things and he has a few famous mates too.

Whats the best Press Event have you ever been to?
 I loved the Aspinal LFW one recently has i got to see the new line and i got to have one of their beautiful bags over London fashion week

You been to London Fashion Week (which i am jealous about) What has been the most memorable fashion show you ever been to?
This season i loved the 60's style pants at Holly Fulton.Tom Ford never disappoints but i enjoyed off schedule this year too has it gave me the chance to see some new designers.

What advice would you give people like me who are new to blogging?
I would say write about what you love has it will shine though and make friends at events also be fun and witty in your post and learn form the more well know bloggers too

Who is your Fashion icon?
I have a couple.in the modern day with out a question has to be Victoria Beckham she is just utter perfection. Her mix over the years has been wonderful. I love how she know how to dress for her shape to make it look flawless. I also like Audrey Hepburn she is still emulated by many she is just a classic beauty has i hope you can see in my look and David Bowie was very cool and when i was younger i did have that vibe

What is the next Event your hosting or going to?
I'm having a week or two off to have some time to rest im hoping to go to Yorkshire then i will be back to get ready for the next projects

You work with the Princes Trust how did that come about?
Over many years. I got involved through a course which lead me to become a young ambassador.I love helping people to get into more of a happier and positive place. The trust is a wonderful charity and i think more people should get involved

What is your bag essentials?
Mine is a Phone charger has i tweet and instagram a lot when i am at events plus i like to have my make up bag so i can touch up and i always get up doing my mates make up too

Have you ever been starstruck when meeting a famous person?
I don't get starstruck has i take every thing light hearted but i do love the royal family has im a huge royalist but at the end of the day we are all human

What got you into Fashion?
I have always had a love for it and its just grown over the years. I feel at home with clothes and accessories. I feel passion and love seeing designers grow

How would you describe your style?
Gosh its recently changed due to the stubble/beard growth. I keep it simple and classy which i aim to i pick items that flatter and suit my shape and style and i like to mix feminine with masculine pieces. im quite Gothic but i love the Victorian Gothic like blood reds and velvet in fall/winter. If you ask my friends they would say im chic and polished which i do hope i show. I love Hollywood glam to able to dress up and throw on a fabulous handbag.

Vinted - Review

Vinted

Its an app which you can get on your phone (think of eBay but abit more sociable) I found them on Twitter. So i downloaded it and set up a account with them which was simple and easy.When you join you get 11 pounds to spend on any item and all you pay is p&p and the rest of the item if it over 11.

I was surprised to see high end items on there but you have to mind of replica's and fake's on there but i haven't found many though and people do put its fake or replica's aswell which you don't often find on eBay.

It took me a while to work out to what to get but i picked a Dolce and Gabbana necklace you can speak to seller before buying it but i was happy so i brought it and a few days later i had it in my hand.  

I would recommend this app to anyone and their customer service is great aswell .If you want to get it its on most mobiles app stores and they even got a website.

You may of heard about the 7 teenagers robbing celebrity home in Beverly Hills they robbed Paris Hilton,Orlando Bloom and many more and all together they stole $3 million of clothes,shoes,jewelry and handbags. they could of nicked more expensive items but all they wanted was to live the celebrity life and wanted nice stuff.

Many of the celebs homes where unlocked or no burglar alarms on because they lived in gated areas and 24/7 security people on patrol.

The Stuff the nicked was from most famous brands like Chanel,Dior,Hermes and they even stole the celebrity's drugs too and guns too 

These teenagers wasn't dumb they used the web to find where each celebrity lived and when they would be out of town and they even used Google street view to see where they could climb/get in there targets house.They also went to the club where most of Hollywood stars would go who they stole from.

                                                             
Many People hated these teens but i felt sorry for them and i do wondered where did this obsession of celebrity and designer items came from and yes i know i love designer stuff but i would never steal for it.

They went into Paris Hilton home (she even let the film makers film in her house has her home is one of kind and would of been hard to recreate for the film)  and hang out in her night club and drink her booze without her knowing and she was the reason why i wanted to watch bling ring has i am a fan of hers but in the end i loved it all :)

These teens even put up pics on Facebook of them with the stolen gear and they lied to there family and  hide the items the guy even hid some stuff at his Nana's. they spent the money what they robbed on night's out and shopping sprees

Would you still love me when i'm no longer young and beautiful?

                           

I am not on about the song by Lana Del Rey (which i love) but i'm meaning we buy all these clothes which are in fashion or like but when you think it will you still love them when they are old and non beautiful but some of the items your wardrobes may still be beautiful. I believe there only one brand which will always be young and beautiful and that is Chanel from there Quilted Bags to there classic jackets. I think it will always be in fashion and look good from a teenagers to the older generation. I don't own nothing Chanel yet but i will you watch this space :) so next time when your in a shop and you go to buy a bag or a top think Will i still love this when its old and un-beautiful?

My Top 5 Shops (High Street)

                                                        
This Blog Post is about my Top 5 favorite Shops on the high street. My top 5 does change a lot but it always be these store so i hope you enjoy and see you next monday but you can always follow me on twitter or intagram :) xx

                                           River Island

Their clothing and accessories can be quite pricey for the high street but its all good quantity and they always keep well after 5 washes. I buy my purses from them has i like the design and when ever i look at it i always think of Chanel.There bags can be hit and miss though i only one 1 of there bags but i would love to own more but i find they price there bags too high for my liking. but i loved the Rihanna for River Island and i own a cap from it too which i love (I'm a huge fan of Rihanna too)

H&M 

Their clothing and bags i think are quite cheap for what you sometimes pay for on the high street. Their clothes are good quality but i have found some of there tops can loses there shape but i do like it how they collaborate with top designers to give everyone (if you can get it) a chance to own some designer stuff, My favorite collection has to be Versace for H&M it was sooo fun but i didn't get around to own a piece.I am so happy to say im going to be getting something form the Alexander Wang X H&M

Primark/Pennys

Who doesn't love them there clothing is cheap but i do think some items are quiet high in price i go in and think Pirmark/Pennys your not Prada lol but they are great for to get a look which you seen your favorite celebrity is wearing to wear or even holidays or festivals i do own some Primark/Pennys stuff. I Have also called it Pennys as Primark is called Pennys in Ireland.

Zara

I know what some of you going to say shouldn't this be in high end has they are expensive. Their Clothing and accessories are high in price but it is all good quality and worth when you have the money to get a few items i have got two of there tops which i love and if you haven't got the money look on second hand sites/apps like eBay because you can always find Zara on there.They even do a beautiful homewear too (Which a few well know Youtubers love)

New Look

I love New look form there bags(when they get it right) to their shoes they are cheap but i have found their price for clothing are going up now.I love there men'swear and got a few items from it.i wish they do more collaborate with celebrities and maybe get a male celeb to do a collection there.
